Although every person is different and treatment may affect individuals differently, it’s clear that the Gerson Therapy works. While gathering evidence of Gerson Therapy success rates, I stumbled upon their brochure and found their success stories moving and inspiring. When ourselves or a loved one are diagnosed with a debilitating disease choosing the best treatment plan can be extremely difficult and while most conventional therapies treat the symptoms of the disease, the Gerson therapy restores the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
The stories below shouldn’t be taken as validation that this therapy is the best for you, because only you can make that important choice. However, the stories are inspiring and motivational nonetheless.
Mercedes LaPine suffered from Carcinoma
Her story as described within the brochure is as follows; In 1970, Mercedes had a Pap smear which showed a malignancy carcinoma in situ. She had a hysterectomy and while her ovaries were left intact, one of them showed a spot. The cancer recurred and metastasized within a few years.
Despite much advice , Mercedes decided to fight her cancer a natural way . She started the Gerson Therapy on her own and did not have favorable results. This led her to come to the Gerson Clinic and Mercedes recovered and has remained in good health ever since. She believes in this method so much that she’s teaching others about the benefits of natural healing through her Naturapathic Practice.
We hope to see her to continue do well, as well as spread the word of a life saving therapy that the Gerson Therapy can be.
One of Dr. Gerson’s Original patients was Carla Shuford who was diagnosed with Osteogenic Sarcoma and on September rth 2008 she celebrated her 50th anniversary of life. Fifty years prior to that she was diagnosed with osteogenic sarcoma, on the day of her diagnosis her left leg was amputated at the hip and was given 6 months to live because her cancer spread to her lymphatic system.
In addition to her 6 month life expectancy radiation was not possible due to the tumor’s location. Her mother made arrangements to see Dr. Gerson and she began treatment as soon as she was discharged. For five years her parents devoted their time to her recovery, making deals with local farmers to provide pesticide free organic veggies and fruits. With their dedication, she recovered.
From having 6 months to live at age 15, Carla is now an official senior, having turned 65 in April, 2008.
